Who we are
This policy explains how Mojoo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04080084), registered office 4 Atlas Grove, West Bromwich, B70 9EB (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through shop.mojoo.co.uk. What we collect
- Order details — your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
- Account details — if you create an account: your login details and order history.
- Payment details — payments are processed by our payment providers (WooPayments, powered by Stripe, and Klarna or Clearpay if you choose them). We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, phone, or through our quote and contact forms.
- Website usage — pages visited, device and browser information, and how you reached our site, collected with cookies (see below).
How we use it and why
- To process, deliver and support your order, handle returns and deal with warranty claims — needed to carry out our contract with you.
- To keep order and accounting records as required by law — legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure — legitimate interests.
- To understand how our shop is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising — your consent, given through our cookie settings.
- To send you offers or newsletters — only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Our website host (Hostinger).
- Payment providers (Stripe via WooPayments, Klarna, Clearpay).
- Suppliers and couriers, so that your order can be delivered.
- Email service providers we use to send order and marketing emails (such as Klaviyo and Hostinger Reach).
- Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement, and other advertising platforms, where you have agreed to these cookies.
- Our accountant, and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it.
Some of these companies may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it to UK standards, using safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies to make the basket, checkout and your account work — these do not need consent. We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to have it transferred to you or another organisation, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@mojoo.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
