Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

shop.mojoo.co.uk is run by Mojoo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04080084), registered office 4 Atlas Grove, West Bromwich, B70 9EB.

Contact us by email at info@mojoo.co.uk or by phone on 07958 468 173 (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–12pm).

Mojoo Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on shop.mojoo.co.uk. Please read them, together with our Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, before you order. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is no longer available from our supplier, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a product was clearly listed at the wrong price. If that happens we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, by card or through the other payment options shown at checkout (such as Klarna or Clearpay). Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is a flat £8.95 per order (£19.95 to Northern Ireland), shown in your basket before you pay. Some products are sent directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, so an order may arrive in more than one parcel; where your basket needs two separate deliveries, a second-parcel charge of £6.00 is added and shown before you pay. A few very large items, such as large interactive displays, cannot be sent by parcel; these are marked “delivery by arrangement” and we will quote for delivery separately. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands usually take one extra working day. Delivery times are estimates, but if we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, unless we have agreed a later date with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.

6. Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for how to do this, what it costs, and the items this does not apply to.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

Everything we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a full refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. We pay the return postage for faulty or incorrect items. Many products also carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which is in addition to your legal rights.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights in relation to the goods.

9. Business customers

If you are buying for business purposes, the 14-day right to change your mind in section 6 does not apply. Faulty items will be dealt with by repair, replacement or refund, and our total liability to a business customer is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

10. Personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Problems and complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@mojoo.co.uk — we will do our best to sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
